No joke, I've been an insomniac since 2nd grade.

Hopefully that got a chuckle out of you, because I've never been great at the whole introduction thing. Been an on-again, off-again, on-again, off-again RPer since 2007, and, unless I'm making an ass of myself, I'm assuming I'm here for the same reason everyone else is? Feel free to call me Up, Night, All, or, if you're especially bold, my full username. Living paycheck-to-paycheck while living with a mentally ill parent who refuses to medicate during *gestures to the current climate* all of this means, uh, I could use some fun.

As far as roleplaying goes, I like to think I'm versatile as far as tropes/genres/characters go. If nothing else, I can promise you will get a very good feel for whatever character I'm using (am I referring to tics or something else? Yes). I might go against the grain here and have far more experience RPing fictional characters than my own OCs, so feel free to ask me what my favorite fandoms are to see if we share any!

Welcome to this corner of the interwebs! Introductions are complicated to say the least. We all need a little fun, so you should be able to find some here and create amazing tales of adventure! Huzzah!

I love when someone can embody a character for sure, and it makes it all the more fun! It's always epic to see OCs or well-done existing folks in fandoms!

Here here! Three dimensional characters, whether they're OCs or already existing characters, makes the roleplaying all the more fun.

Unfortunately, mine is that kind, and it isn't a rarity either. Last night it happened for instance. Odd dreams, woke up three hours into my sleep, then another hour, then another, etc until a lunch outing today! So . . . sadly I am not much better off at this time, nor often better off.

Don't be afraid to peak at people's request threads too. I know my introduction is there, and I never made a proper post in this area. Lol. That's where people are listing their fandoms, plots of interest, etc. Though member introductions work in some introduction to this as well or a combo of both! Either way, I am confident you'll find some good stories here!

Yup! For original plots, fandoms, or anything else: three-dimensional characters keep the roleplay interesting and going just as much as the plot does.

Oof. Terribly sorry that we share the same kind. Hopefully it went more smoothly for you last night at least, if only by a little. Also, sorry for the late reply! A combination of an early shift plus celebrating my birthday afterwards kept me busy ^^;

And yeah, I've been doing my fair share of peeking in the meantime. You're not wrong at all about the requests doubling as intros sometimes lol. Think I'll do some more looking around before I get around to writing my own.
